Beginning January 1, 2018, the Fantasmic! Dining Package at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be removing appetizers from the offering at two of the restaurants.

Fantasmic! Dining Packages will include:
One entrée, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage at select full-service restaurants or one buffet (where applicable)
One voucher for guaranteed seating at Fantasmic! in a reserved area

Lunch/dinner – 42 ages 10 and up; 18 children ages 3-9 (plus tax and gratuity)
Hollywood & Vine
Breakfast (Disney Junior Play ‘n’ Dine) – 41 ages 10 and up; 24 children ages 3-9 (plus tax and gratuity)
Lunch and dinner (Minnie’s Seasonal Dine) – 59 ages 10 and up; $35 children ages 3-9 (plus tax and gratuity)
The Hollywood Brown Derby
Lunch/dinner – 62 ages 10 and up; 22 children ages 3-9 (plus tax and gratuity)

With the new fantasmic dining package I’m curious if you now get to choose your dessert. They used to force you to get the dessert trio. I don’t see anything in 2018 since the removal of the appetizer that you have to get the trio. Any insight? Is this a possible silver lining since losing the appetizer off the dining package and the beloved mac and cheese? Thanks
