Just a couple of weeks ago we shared with you the news that Disney has a new cookbook out – Kitchen Magic with Mickey. Well, we have ANOTHER cookbook to share with you – A Cooking Safari with Mickey.

This new cookbook is filled with recipes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Pam Brandon and the Disney Chefs highlight the South African and India cuisine that guests enjoy from restaurants, such as Sanaa, Jiko – The Cooking Place and Tusker House Restaurant.
The cookbook will be available for purchase this spring at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. And we can’t wait!

We looked for a cookbook just like this when we were at Disney in January. Guess we were just a few months too early!
