Disney Dining Cancellation Policy

All restaurants at Disney World require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. This is to prevent double-booking and no-shows to some of the restaurants that fill up six months in advance. Many of these are the most popular restaurants on Disney property.

Cancellation Policy – For restaurants requiring a credit card at time of booking to reserve, you must cancel by 10 pm EST the day prior. If you do not cancel, it is considered a no-show and will be charged $10 per person ($25 per person at Victoria & Albert’s).

As of October 31, 2013, Disney has implemented a credit card guarantee on all of the Disney World restaurants.

Pre-payment required at time of booking:

  • Cinderella’s Royal Table
  • Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
  • Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review
  • Mickey’s Backyard BBQ

How will Disney know if I’m double-booking?

Disney is disallowing double-booking by connecting them to your resort reservation number and/or username. If you try to book dinner at La Hacienda de San Angel for 8:05 pm but have already booked dinner at Le Cellier Steakhouse for 7:40 pm, the system will prompt you to choose which one you’d like to keep.

Am I able to view my dining reservations online?

Yes. As of 2013, Disney has added a new feature to their website. You can view reservations by day. It will show your resort for that night as well as all of your dining reservations. If the dining reservation is in one of the theme parks it will also show the park hours.
