La View en Rose Frozen Slush from Fleur de Lys at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

The La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush is vodka, Grey Goose Orange, St. Germain Liqueur with white and red cranberry juice. It was delicious and very refreshing! It wasn’t overly floral with the St. Germain, which is an elderflower flavored liqueur. It was the perfect balance of fruity and floral. It was one of the best cocktails offered at the Outdoor Kitchens.

Gnocchis Parisienne a la Provencal from Fleur de Lys at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

We loved the Gnocchis Parisienne à la Provençal. It is Parisian-style dumplings with roasted red peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and goat cheese. It’s more filling than many of the items offered and one of the best vegetarian dishes we’ve had.

If you enjoy duck try the Confit de Canard, Pommes de Terre Sarladaise. You can really taste the wine in the pulled duck confit. It was tender and served with garlic and parsley potatoes.

Macaron a la Fleur d’ Oranger from Fleur de Lys at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

This dessert was so good, we went back another day and had it again! The Macaron à la Fleur d’ Oranger is an orange blossom marcaron filled with white chocolate ganache. Often with orange flavored desserts the orange can be overpowering. With this dessert, it was not. The macaron was moist with just the right amount of orange. Fleur de Lys was the biggest surprise at this years Epcot Flower and Garden Fesitval. The food and beverages are amazing and definitely worth trying if you haven’t already.

Have you tried the items at Fleur des Lys? Did you enjoy them as much as we did? We’d love to hear about your experience!
