Fulton’s Crab House to reopen as Paddlefish Restaurant in Disney Springs

On April 4, 2016, Fulton’s Crab House closed for a refurbishment. With all of the changes and new experience coming to Disney Springs, Fulton’s Crab House has decided to make a change as well. When it reopens this fall, it will reopen as Paddlefish Restaurant.
Unfortunately, there aren’t too many details to share. The website is under construction and just says that it’s coming soon. The restaurant will be just like Fulton’s will a seafood-centric menu. As more information is release, we’ll keep you posted. We do expect this to be just as good, if not better than Fulton’s.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on what’s going on with this new reimagined restaurant and keep you posted!

I hope standard and seasonal seafood items will be on the menu along with whole grain pastas.

Sucked! Definitely not Fultons! Food and service not up to par. Do not waste to table meals for this restaurant…
Dining at Disney
Sorry to hear that. From experience in restaurants, I can say that there is often some growing pains in the beginning. We always give restaurants a second try if we dine within the first month of opening.
