Gourmet fries now being served at Golden Oak Outpost

Just a couple of months ago we talked about the fantastic offerings that Golden Oak Outpost used to have. Today, we are thrilled to report that gourmet fries are now being served at Golden Oak Outpost!

We are most excited about the BLT waffle fries with bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing drizzled over top. These might look familiar to you. Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland several years ago served fries like these, just not waffle. They were called Figaro Fries and guests loved them. I’m sure these will be a hit too.

If you’re a fan of BBQ stuffed potatoes, you’ll love this one! BBQ pork waffles fries topped with barbecue pork, creamy slaw and drizzled with barbecue sauce. Nacho fans will love the Tex-Mex fries. It’s topped with black bean-cucumber relish, melty cheddar cheese sauce, jalapeño slices and sour cream. Canadian will be happy to see poutine-style fries on the menu. If you’re not familiar, it’s topped with brown gravy and white cheddar cheese.

If that’s not enough fried potatoes for you, try the sweet potato nuggets covered in powdered sugar. It’s a perfect dessert treat.
