L’Artisan des Glaces to open mid-June

Disney Parks Blog announced today that L’Artisan des Glaces, Artisan Ice Cream & Sorbet will be opening mid-June.

L’Artisan des Glaces will be opening in the old Boulangerie Patisserie location behind Les Chef de France. The artisan shop will offer 16 different flavors of ice cream (10) and sorbets (6). All flavors will be made in-house using only milk, sugar, cream, eggs and fruit, according to general manager Eric Weistroffer.

Guests will have the choice of cups or cones and for the adults, with liqueurs. Now that is something we are looking forward to! No word yet on the flavors, as they are still being developed.
