Lotus House at the 2014 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

The Lotus House returned to the 2014 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival with nearly the same menu as it had in 2013. The only change to it was the removal of Pan-fried Vegetable Bun. It was replaced with the Vegetable Spring Rolls.

The Beijing-style Candied Strawberries and Spring Pancake with Grilled Chicken and Green Apple returned for the 2014 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. We greatly enjoyed both of these dishes so we were glad to see them back again. The hard-shell sesame coating on the candied strawberries is a really nice contrast to the sweetness of the strawberries.
