Aloha! Trader Sam cordially invites you to this year’s MahaloWeen on October 12th and 13th hosted by his famous Enchanted Tiki Bar. Last year’s event sold-out, so get your reservations booked early. It will feature island-inspired food and music, as well as special edition merchandise.

They are changing the venue from Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar to the Magic Kingdom Lawn at Disneyland Hotel. This is the same location as the Tahitian Terrace Diamond Luau that took place earlier this year (for a full review of that event, click here – Tahitian Terrace Diamond Luau review). From the sounds of it, the entertainment will be similar as well. This quote from the official Disneyland dining website is evidence: “Gaze off toward the stage, only to become mesmerized by the Tahitian Fire Dancers…”

All-you-can-eat appetizers will be served along with a variety of adult and non-alcoholic beverages. To give you an idea of what to expect in terms of the food quality, you may want to read my thoughts about the Tahitian Terrace Diamond Luau cuisine.

The exclusive mug this year is in the shape of a coconut with an evil jack-o-lantern face. Just like last time, it will be only available to those in attendance. There will also be a special parchment print, but no word about the motif. Regardless, the two artists responsible for designing the merchandise will be on hand to sign their works.

The scariest part of MahaloWeen is the price. It has gone up to $150 per person (an increase of $25 from last year). There are two time slots available for this event: 6:00 – 7:30 pm and 8:00 – 9:30 pm. You can book reservations online or call 714-781-3463.
