Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe has a new menu

Recently, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe received a new menu. For many, this change is a disappointment. However, we love change and new menu items. Yes, we’ll miss get our taco salad and topping it will all kinds of stuff from the toppings bar, but we’re looking forward to trying this new menu later this month.

We are looking forward to trying several of the new menu items! We love Chicken Enchilada Soup and hope that it passes the test. We’ll also be trying the fajita, burrito and/or rice bowls with churros and sopapillas. So be on the lookout for that review in the next month.
