Review: Jolly Holiday Combo

One of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat at in Disneyland is Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. They have some of your Disney favorites like cupcakes and cookies but there is also plenty of other delicious food to be had… like the Jolly Holiday Combo.

Nothing says American comfort food like a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. It reminds many of us of our childhood and even makes us feel better to this day. At Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe you can get their version of this favorite duo. You must be warned… these aren’t your everyday Kraft American cheese sandwich with Campbell’s tomato soup… no, this is better.

The Jolly Holiday Combo is a toasted cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup (8.99). The tomato basil soup is rich and creamy. It’s topped off with a sprig of cilantro.The soup can be ordered on it’s own for 5.49. You don’t have to have the combo to enjoy the yummy soup.

The sandwich is a little bit different than your traditional grilled cheese. This one, is toasted. It has tons of ooey gooey cheese! The sandwich comes sliced in fours so it is perfect for sharing with kids. This combo is really good and filling. If you like grilled cheese and tomato soup, give it a try.
