One of our favorite items at the festival is the potato pancake with Scottish smoked salmon and herbed sour cream. The salmon just melts in your mouth and the sour cream is a nice compliment to the dish. Guests with a gluten intolerance will love that this dish is gluten-free. The potato pancake with salmon is $4.25 and Disney Dining Plan snack credits can be redeemed for it.

It is recommend to pair the dish with the Innis & Gunn Original beer… so we did. We’re big fans of Innis & Gunn and thought this was a fantastic pairing.

We tried the Cranachan with raspberries, toasted oats and whipped cream. It’s really good. Slightly sweet, but not overly sweet. If you are a fan of raspberries, then you must try this dessert. It’s just $2.75 and Disney Dining Plan credits can be redeemed for it.
