Many guests visiting the Disney parks require special diets for one reason or another. For some, this can be a stressful frustration when traveling. The Walt Disney World Resort can accommodate special dietary needs when given notice and are happy to work with you. When making your Advanced Dining Reservation for table service locations, mention your special diet needs so they can be noted on your reservation. Before your trip email the Special Diets department and make to ask to speak to the Chef when you arrive. This will ensure that your needs are accommodated.
Allergies and Intolerances

There are no gluten added products and options for dining for those who need a gluten-free diet. When dining at table-service restaurants always ask to speak to the Chef or manager to ensure the menu options are gluten-free.
