Special Thanksgiving menu at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen

Gobble ’til you Wobble! On Thursday, November 27 from 11 am – 10 pm, guests can enjoy a special Thanksgiving menu at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen. In addition to the special menu, the regular dinner menu and kids menu will also be available. The Thanksgiving menu will be offered Nov. 27 – Nov. 30, depending on availability.

Starter

Seafood Gratin – Gulf shrimp, crawfish tails, blue crab, Mahi Mahi, creamy béchamel, herb Parmesan crust and baguette croutons $14

Soup and Salad

Sweet Potato Andouille Bisque – Winter spices, cognac and crème Fraiche $8

Red Beet and Fried Goat Cheese Salad – Butter lettuce, baby Portobello mushrooms, English cucumber, Creole mustard vinaigrette $9

Turducken – Boneless chicken stuffed inside a boneless duck, stuffed inside a boneless turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, braised turnip greens and giblet gravy $28

Slow Roasted Cajun Turkey – Green beans, andouille dressing, mashed potatoes, apple-cranberry chutney and giblet gravy $24

Pecan Crusted Mahi-Mahi – Candied sweet potatoes, butter poached asparagus, baby carrots and satsuma butter sauce $29
