Sweet corn cheesecake from Mexico - 2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

We tried several items from the Mexico booth at the 2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival. This booth has been a favorite of many since 1996 and often has very long lines. The menu remains nearly unchanged from last year. The Sweet Corn Cheesecake replaces the Rice Pudding and the Mango-Strawberry Margarita, the Mango-Habanero Margarita. Continue Reading
