The Polite Pig coming to Disney Springs in 2017

Another new restaurant is coming to Town Center in Disney Springs. The Polite Pig will be opening in spring 2017.
The owners of The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park, Fl and owner of Greens & Grille will be opening a restaurant called The Polite Pig in Disney Springs next year. It will feature wood-fired, smoked and grilled menu items, as well as drinks on tap, including Cask & Larder beer, locally-brewed, and wine and cocktails. The restaurant will be 5,000 square feet and seat about 200 guests. It will be open for lunch and dinner.
We don’t know anything about what menu items The Polite Pig will have or what the decor will look like. However, we’ll keep you posted as we find out.

Can you confirm an official opening date for the Polite PI? We are coming to FL in March and wasn’t sure if it would be open or not???

There are still construction walls up and visible signs of the restaurant. I’m not expecting it to be until later this year. Disney still hasn’t given an opening date, so I think it will be a little while.
