Maya Grill, in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, offers dinner with Latin American flavor. The welcoming dining room is warm with Mayan motifs of fire, sun and water.

Start your meal off with pull pork empanadas, seafood skillet or queso fundido. For dinner, choose from shrimp or sirloin tacos, pollo a las rajas, Mahi-Mahi a la Veracruzana and many more. Make sure to save room for dessert! They’ll come around with a tray of dessert shots. The key lime and chocolate mousse are fantastic!

Maya Grill no longer serves breakfast.
If you don’t have a reservation but are looking for a sit-down restaurant this is a great place to try. Often you can walk in and get a table.
Due to the convention center this resort is very quiet and peaceful. After dinner take a stroll around the water for a romantic, relaxing evening.
