About
Dining at Disney is an independently fan-run website offering information on restaurants and food at the Disney parks and resorts. You’ll find up-to-date news, in-depth reviews, fan-favorite recipes, and current information for planning.
The writers of Dining at Disney are foodies who enjoy dining at Disney as much as the attractions. Coming from all over the United States, they regularly visit the parks at Disneyland and Disney World.
Please Note: Dining at Disney is no way part of, endorsed by, authorized or affiliated with the Walt Disney Company or its affiliations.

WHO ARE WE?
Kristen Hoetzel-Go – Owner/Editor and Podcaster
Kristen’s favorite part of visiting the Disney Parks… you’ve guessed it — THE FOOD. She’s been visiting the parks since 1991, so she’s easily been more than 100 times (and spent nearly two years worth of her life).
Her Disney food adventures kicked off in 2007 with restaurant reviews for Sorcerer Radio, followed by cooking videos in 2008 where she recreated fan‑favorite Disney dishes. By 2009, she launched her first Disney food blog packed with recipes, reviews, and tips for families dining with kids. In 2011, Kristen became a travel agent and has loved helping families plan magical vacations ever since — from Disney destinations and Universal Orlando to river and ocean cruises around the world. All of that delicious fun eventually led to the launch of Dining at Disney in 2012 and the podcast in 2015.
Dining at Disney covers everything from food news and must‑try snacks to insider dining tips, restaurant reviews, and Disney Cruise Line secrets — basically, everything you need to plan your most magical (and tastiest!) Disney trip ever.
Make sure to check out and subscribe to the Dining at Disney YouTube channel, where Kristen posts weekly videos to help you with everything food related that you need to know to make your trip more magical.
Cat Arcori – Dining at Disney Co-Host
A lifelong gluten‑free Disney foodie, Cat has spent the last 30 years exploring the parks and discovering the best allergy‑friendly bites along the way. She’s a Disneyland local at heart, but Walt Disney World proudly holds the title of her second home.
At Disneyland, Cat can’t resist a classic pickle, the iconic Safari Skewers, or a perfectly chewy Matterhorn macaroon. Over at Walt Disney World, she’s all about the refreshing Citrus Swirl, icy kakigori, and the legendary Brown Derby Cobb.

Aljon Go – Dining at Disney Co-Host
Aljon Go has been a proud Walt Disney World Annual Passholder since 2009 and has spent every year since chasing the perfect burger, savoring great steaks, and hunting down the ultimate bread pudding. If there’s an old fashioned nearby, he’s probably already ordered it.
A lifelong Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel fan, Aljon brings big‑kid energy and deep fandom to everything he does. Not only does he co‑host the Dining at Disney Podcast, but also Skull Rock Podcast with former Disney creative and world‑renowned author Dave Bossert, where they geek out over pop culture, films, and all things Disney.
But his favorite adventures happen in the parks with his two young kids—watching them try new foods, experience attractions for the first time, and light up when they meet their favorite characters.
