Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic dates announced

Mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. The event will be taking place Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 5:30 pm – 9 pm.

Guests can purchase tickets for the Causeway which includes food and beverages. This year they’ve added a Beer Garden upgrade. The Beer Garden will be in the Crescent Terrace and guests can taste beer after beer and snack on house-made bar snacks that pair well with the beers.

• It’s Better to “Wine” in Italian *NEW
• Tequila University *NEW
• Base to Bubbles
• Beer, Please!
• Modern Mixology
• The Fine Art of Sushi and Sake
• The Cheese Course
• Pasta Making with Chef Cib
