California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, located on the top of the resort, offers an amazing view of Magic Kingdom. Here you’ll dine in a colorful atmosphere on culinary masterpieces inspired by the variety of cultures in California.

The menu changes frequently as to use the freshest in-season produce. Offering amazing dishes like exquisite cheese board, brick oven fired flatbread, fresh sushi, oak-fired filet of beef and seared day boat scallops. Make sure to leave room for the tasty desserts including lavender profiteroles and Valrhona chocolate cake. To compliment your meal, choose from one of more than 300 hand-picked wines. Most of the wines are from California and more than 50 are available by the glass.

Dining Tips

Credit card required at time of booking to reserve and will not be charged. If you must cancel, do so within one day of the reservation or it is considered a no-show and will be charged $10 per person.
Dress code is business casual.
Check in for California Grill is on the second floor. You’ll then be taken to the restaurant on the 15th floor by a special elevator.
If you are wanting to catch Wishes from the restaurant consider making your reservations early enough to catch it after dinner, you can stay after dinner to watch Wishes from the outdoor viewing area, or making your reservation for an hour or so before Wishes to watch while dining. You’ll have an amazing view from here. If dining prior to the fireworks, show your receipt to the check-in desk for reentry.
The bar serves meals so you can dine without a reservation. Just visit the podium and let them know you’d like to dine at the bar.
The restaurant can get noisy, as the tables are very close together.
For a special occasion such as an engagement, honeymoon or anniversary consider getting the glass slipper delivered to the restaurant. It will be there waiting at your table.
