Downtown Disney food trucks soon to feature new dishes

For a great foodie experience, one must visit Exposition Park in Downtown Disney West Side.  There you will find an assortment of great cuisine to tantalize your palate.  From nouveau American classics to Asian Fusion cuisine, you can find something special for any craving at the Downtown Disney food trucks.

Soon the quartet of rolling restaurants will be receiving an update to their offerings.  Fantasy Fare food truck is going to feature Game Day Chicken and Waffles, as well as Sweet Potato Puffs for dessert.  The chicken is fried tenders done Buffalo-style and drizzled with a sauce consisting of spicy Sriracha, maple syrup, and tangy blue cheese. Cornbread waffles will accompany the crispy chicken.  Have a sweet tooth?  Try the Sweet Potato Puffs.  These scrumptious treats will be adorned with a marshmallow cream and candied pecans.

In the mood for some heavy-duty, stick-to-your-ribs type dishes?  Make your way to Superstar Catering food truck.  How about a hearty Pork Shank served with gooey Gruyere macaroni and cheese?  If that doesn’t do it for you, there’s a fabulous Flatbread featuring sausage and caramelized onions.  As homage to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this truck’s menu will also feature “A Taste of Hollywood Studios.” This provides smaller portions of the renowned BLT Soup (Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater), Famous Cobb Salad (The Hollywood Brown Derby), and the delectable mini grapefruit cake (The Hollywood Brown Derby).
