Kouzzina by Cat Cora
Kouzzina, Greek for “The Kitchen”, is owned by celebrity chef Cat Cora (Kitchen Accomplished and Iron Chef: America). A very suitable name for this restaurant that’s kitchen is the star. Since 2009, Disney fans have been able to enjoy Chef Cora’s family recipes, as well as her personal favorites at this Disney’s BoardWalk restaurant.
The menu features Mediterranean dishes inspired by her Greek heritage including, Goat Cheese-stuffed Grape Leaves, Whole Fish and Fisherman’s Stew. For those who enjoy trying a variety of foods there are several options for starters and entrees. Make sure to save room for dessert! You can pass on the Baklava, Galaktoboureko (custard in phyllo dough), Loukoumades (doughnuts) or the Kouzzina Press Pot Coffee (which serves two).

- Try Cat Cora’s very own wine, Coranation. There is even a wine flight for the opportunity to try several.
- Cat’s Ouzo-tini, Greek Island Iced Tea and Mythos lager are just a few unique Greek drinks to try.
- Make a reservation for the opening of dinner and enjoy the preshift meeting for the front of the house and kitchen, and an “Opa!” ending.
