Monsieur Paul Restaurant
Serving only dinner, Monsieur Paul (formerly Bistro de Paris) is an upscale, elegant, yet relaxed restaurant located about Les Chefs de France. The restaurant is named for world-renowned Chef Paul Bocuse, and highlights French classical cuisine with a menu created by Chef Francisco Santin. Exquisite French food and a beautiful dining room make Monsieur Paul a perfect location to celebrate a romantic occasion.
The menu includes dishes, such as black truffle soup (Chef Bocuse earned the medal of Commandeur de la Legion d’Honneur for this), lobster a l’Americaine, herb-crusted rack of lamb and Grand Marnier soufflé.

Dining Tips
- Credit card required at time of booking to reserve and will not be charged. If you must cancel, do so within one day of the reservation or it is considered a no-show and will be charged $10 per person.
- Arrive early and ask for a table by the window for a spectacular view of the World Showcase. There is no guarantee but it’s worth asking for.
- The a la cart menu offers a 4-course prix fixe menu that is available $89 or 6-course that is $119. No substitutions are allowed.
- If on the Disney Dining Plan you may order the prix fixe menu for 2 table-service credits plus an additional fee depending on which dining plan you have chosen.
- A children’s menu is offered.
