Mother’s Day at Disneyland
Are you a lucky mom who gets to celebrate Mother’s Day at Disneyland? If so, then Disneyland Resort is taking care of you and your loved ones with some great Mother’s Day meals.
Carnation Cafe is adding some special dishes to their menu for that special day including teriyaki honey grilled salmon with spinach orzo. Blue Bayou will have delicious offerings of seafood pot pie with lobster, mahi, snow crab claws, English peas, carrots and potatoes.
If buffets are your thing, make sure to start your day with Disney characters and brunch at Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. You can fill your plates with a made-to-order omelets, eggs Benedict, cheese crepes, pastries and more. Maybe you like to sleep in and want to celebrate with a character dinner buffet instead. Then you can enjoy roasted chicken, salmon, pork loin and roasted turkey with all the delectable sides and more desserts than you can handle. There is also a buffet offered at PCH Grill at Paradise Pier hotel. Enjoy all you can eat breakfast with characters while choosing from Scottish salmon, roast chicken, chilaquiles with scrambled eggs, frittatas, pancakes, waffles and more. Or you can have dinner without the characters and chow down on several serving stations that include seafood, carving, a mac-n-cheese bar and a salad bar.
Looking to dine in style for Mother’s Day? Then book the 3 course prix fixe menu at Steakhouse 55 in the Disneyland Hotel. Enjoy starting your meal with lemon fettuccine and pan-seared scallop, then filet mignon with lobster-whipped potatoes and spring vegetables and for dessert, chocolate-covered red velvet cake. The price starts at $55.
