New Spring Treats at Disneyland Resort
If you are lucky enough spend a few March days at Disneyland, make sure to check out some of the new spring treats rolling in for the season. To celebrate the Luck of the Irish, try a St. Patrick’s Day Mickey Mouse apple. This treat is covered in caramel and dipped in chocolate and decorated with green sugar, jelly beans and topped off with a green marshmallow hat. There will also be green decorated Mickey rice-crispy treats, cake pops and marshmallows on a stick, all covered in green sugar and swirls. These treats are available from March 6th-19th.
If you want to add a few extra special cake pops to your Easter basket, make sure to get the cute new spring inspired chick, bee or ladybug. Just in time to celebrate Easter, there will also be Mickey and Minnie Eater basket apples and spring chicks too.
Don’t forget to try some of the new spring gourmet treats as well. This month the candy makers have created a Pastel Marshmallow apple dipped in caramel and white chocolate with vanilla cookie pieces and pastel marshmallows. If that isn’t enough, try the bark. They combined peanut butter and white chocolate and layered it with vanilla cookies and pastel marshmallows. But what could make this even better? They covered both the apple and bark in peanut butter and chocolate. These candy wonders can be found through the month of March.
