Pepper Market

Pepper Market is a lively, colorful restaurant. The high ceilings, large windows, strings of street lights, and bright colored chairs and umbrellas will make you feel like your dining in an open-air Mexican market.

Breakfast and lunch are buffet with a wide range of menu items to choose from. At dinner, everything is à la carte. There are seven stations: Market (salads and soups), From the Grill,  Chef’s (Mexican), Pizza and Pasta, Sandwich, Just for Kids, and Specialty Desserts and Ice Cream.

Dining Tips

  • Breakfast and lunch are buffet. Dinner is à la carte, cafeteria-style. At dinner you’ll receive a card to be stamped at the stations where you pick up your food.
  • You’ll check out at the register and not with your server. When dining during dinner hours, you’ll take your stamped card to the register.
  • Servers will bring and refill your drinks during all meals. Wine, beer and margaritas are available.
  • There is an abundance of seating.
