The Hollywood Brown Derby
This is one of the only in-park Signature Dining experiences. Located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this is one of the most underrated restaurants. Serving some of the best food in all four Disney Parks. The Hollywood Brown Derby not only serves up unique American food but the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.
The Hollywood Brown Derby is most known for it’s famous Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake but there are many other great options to try. If you enjoy a sweet ending, try the Banana White Chocolate Toffee Tower or for those chocolate lovers, Chocolate Three Ways. For coffee drinkers, there is a slightly sweet coffee perfect to end with, Black Forrest Cappuccino, made with dark chocolate Godiva and cherry brandy.

- Dine with an Imagineer – A four-course meal with a Disney Imagineer for up to 10 diners. Enjoy this special dining experience and receive a personalized plate as a souvenir.
- Several flights are offered – wines, martini, margarita, cognac, scotch, and Grand Marnier. These are great to start your meal off or have paired with your dessert.
- Make a reservation for when the restaurant opens, you may be selected to cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony and the “paparazzi” will take your picture.
- Credit card required at time of booking to reserve and will not be charged. If you must cancel, do so within one day of the reservation or it is considered a no-show and will be charged $10 per person.
