A country-western themed restaurant with candle-lit chandeliers, Native American headdresses and Cowboy & Indian decorated tables. This family favorite includes napkin twirling and hobby horse races while you dine on home on the range style food.
If you are really hungry order the Canyon Skillet, it’s all-you-care-to-enjoy. Smoked pork ribs, pulled pork, oven-roasted chicken, beef brisket, herb-crushed potatoes, cowboy beans, corn on the cob, mixed greens salad with apple vinaigrette and fresh-baked cornbread. You won’t leave hungry!
