8th Annual Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic
Next weekend, the 8th Annual Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic will be taking place. This event features the delicious restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin Resort.
Taking place Friday, Oct. 27 and Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, guests can enjoy more than 60 food and beverage stations plus ten food and beverage seminars. This event takes place along the causeway between Swan and Dolphin. It will feature beef, fish and seafood, pasta, sushi, pastries and desserts, Carnival Corner, Chinatown, and new this year – Bubbles Lounge showcasing sparkling beverages. For an additional amount, guests can also access the very popular Beer Garden featuring beer and traditional German dishes.
Causeway event tickets are 115 per person and can be upgraded to include the Beer Garden for an additional 25 per person. Tickets for the causeway event can be purchased here.
The seminars include Wine Blending, Italian Wines, More than Malbec, Base to Bubbles, Beer Please, Riesling So Sweet & So Dry, Craft Cocktails, Fine Art of Sushi & Sake, The Cheese Course, Pasta Making, and Grand Tasting Experience. If Friday and Saturday aren’t enough for you, then there is Sunday Bubbles Brunch taking place Sunday, Oct. 29 at Il Mulino New York Trattoria.
