This year, celebrate Easter at Four Seasons Orlando – Sunday, April 1, 2018. Guests can enjoy two delicious brunch menus at Ravello and Plancha.

The menu includes a wide array of offerings, ranging from a raw bar/seafood station to an antipasti and salad bar, a carving station with brown sugar glazed ham and “derby style” roasted lamb, a hot entrée station with chicken puttanesca, roasted pork tenderloin and much more. Classic brunch favorites will be offered as well, such as buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, eggs and crepes made to order and croissant breakfast sandwiches. Guests with a sweet tooth will be delighted with the dessert station that includes raspberry crème brulee, peanut butter chocolate pie, cherry mascarpone tiramisu, assorted macarons and more.

The children’s buffet will include items such as pigs in a blanket, tater tots, chicken fingers, cheese and pepperoni flatbreads, Easter-egg Rice Krispie treats, miniature cupcakes and Easter Bunny brownies.

Brunch will be offered from 12 pmto 7 pm. Cost is 105 per adult and 45 per child ages 5-12.

Guest can enjoy a three-course brunch including bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys. The appetizer buffet includes artisanal meats and cheeses, assorted salads with fresh herbs, fresh fruits, smoked salmon and bagels, snow crab, breakfast pastries and much more. Entrée choices include traditional brunch items such as chicken and white cheddar waffles, an omelet station, and double chocolate pancakes in addition to Cuban favourites such as El Cubano sandwich, the Plancha Burger with a chorizo and beef patty, churrasco with yucca fries, and Cuban French toast topped with guava maple syrup and fresh strawberries.

The children’s buffet will include items such as pancakes, chicken tenders, mac n’ cheese, mini burgers, grilled salmon, cookies, and fruit.

Plancha brunch is offered every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm for 68 per adult and 20 per child ages 5-12.
