Four Seasons new menu and seasonal offerings for spring

Four Seasons Orlando has announced plenty of food news. We are very excited about the new menu at PB&G, as well as the special menus and events coming up. Take a look!

New Menu at PB&G

PB&G is expanding its hours and adding a dinner menu. Dinner will be available Wednesday through Sunday from 6 pm to 9 pm. New menu items include ahi tuna nachos, a chopped seafood cobb salad, coffee-crusted rotisserie ribeye, smokehouse burger and much more. You’ll want to make sure to save room for dessert. They were created to be shared and include an oversize classic banana split and a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie baked and served in a cast iron skillet, topped with caramel, pecans and vanilla ice cream.

Jockeys & Juleps – It’s Derby Time at PB&G

Maybe you’re not heading to the Kentucky Derby, which will be hosing its 142nd race on Saturday, May 7, 2016. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t still join in the fun of wearing a Derby hat or seersucker. You can head to a viewing part at PB&G from 12 pm to 8 pm.

The race will be played on their TVs and you can Derby style beverages, such as Jessie’s Mint Julep for $8, or enjoy a “Tour of Kentucky” bourbon flight featuring a sample the PB&G bourbon from Four Roses, Buffalo Trace, Bulleit and Woodford Reserve. There will be food specials as well. On the menu, you’ll find shrimp po’boy sliders, Kentucky fried chicken, a hot brown sandwich, bourbon sticky ribs, and candied bacon with a side of bourbon on the rocks.

Those of you that come Derby dressed with hat and all will receive 10% off your bill. The staff will also select a best Derby hat and that person will win a cooking class with PB&G Chef Mikey Termini. There will also be a competition for those who want to select a winning horse.

Mother’s Day

On Sunday, May 8, 2016, it will time to treat mom to a special meal. Four Seasons Orlando will have some special meals to celebrate mom.

Ravello will have a buffet from 11 am to 6 pm. There will be several stations set up, including pasta stations, a seafood bar and raw bar, a carving station with prime rib and herb-crusted lamb leg, dessert, separate children’s station and much more. Brunch will be 110 per adult and 45 per child age 5-12.

Capa will feature its regular menu, but also feature a special menu that includes a duck confit appetiser and a petite filet, plus a chocolate lava cake dessert with banana ice cream. Plus, all moms will receive a complimentary glass of cava and a box of macarons for celebrating dinner at Capa.

Of course, don’t forget that Plancha now offers an incredible three-course Sunday brunch, including bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys!

“Texsom” Wine Dinner at Capa

This special dinner is for those that love wine. Capa is welcoming five Master Sommeliers on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 6:30 pm for an interactive wine dinner. Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi, Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber, Capa Chef Tim Dacey, Plancha Chef Pedro Sanchez, and PB&G Chef Mikey Termini will be participating alongside the Master Sommeliers. including James Tidwell, beverage manager of Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. Tidwell is creator of the Texsom Conference, coming to Four Seasons Resort Dallas this August. The five Master Sommeliers will pour 30 award winning wines for this amazing experience.

The exclusive dinner is 130 per person. Reservations are required!
