Gasparilla Island Grill now has a more gourmet menu

Recently, Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has reopened with a new menu. The menu created by several of the Grand Floridian chefs including, Grand Floridian Executive Chef, Scott Hunnel features artisanal ingredients at each of the stations.
Sandwich Bar
At this bar, you’ll see the sandwiches on plated slates like they are displayed in France. All of the sandwiches will be served with house-made chips.
- Tillamook Cheddar on the smoked ham sandwich
- Florida orange vinaigrette on the roasted turkey
- Thick slices of Mozzarella on the grilled vegetable sandwich
- Roast beef with horseradish
- Create-Your-Own-Salad – choice of flank steak or marinated chicken
In the morning, the sandwich bar will become a yogurt bar. Guests can build parfaits with a variety of toppings
Hot Sandwiches and Pizza
The pizzas is flash cooked at 840° for 90 seconds. The pizza dough is made in-house daily. Guests can choose from
- Sausage and Mozzarella
- Fire-roasted tomatoes with basil pesto
- Three-cheese blend
- Chicken and mushroom with a rich cream sauce
- Artisanal burger features 7 ounces of a signature beef blend, bacon and Cheddar cheese on a freshly-baked Brioche bun
- Mahi Mahi “Ruben,” featuring house-made cabbage slaw on marble Rye bread
- Chicken & Brie with ham, spinach, and raspberry mustard on a Brioche bun
