Limited time enjoyments at Disneyland

Limited time events can be so much fun! Right now at Disneyland, guests can enjoy two limited time happenings. The first is the “Legends of Frontierland: Gold Rush” and the second, a Guardians of the Galaxy print. Get the dish here!

For “Legends of Frontierland: Gold Rush”, you can become part of the Wild West. One of the coolest parts of this is the food and drinks, of course. For drinks, guests can enjoy one of Elixirs – Knowledge, a tea infused with lime, passion fruit, vanilla and a pureed ginger; Luck, a tea infused with apple, cotton candy, lime, lemongrass and mint, all stirred with a lucky horseshoe; and Charm, lite lemonade infused with desert pear, blackberry and Tabasco.

The Golden Horseshoe is serving up some specialties as well. They have kicked up the root beer and created new flavors – Campfire style, with toasted marshmallow flavor;  Wild style, with wild raspberry; Eureka style, with caramel and Plain Jane, with vanilla. For food, try the chili fries, chili bread bowl or crispy chicken salad Outlaw style – with black beans, roasted white corn, red onion, serrano chiles, tomato, green, red and yellow peppers, garlic, cilantro, Tabasco, olive oil and lime.

Are you a Guardians of the Galaxy fan? Those of you who are know that it was released yesterday in theaters. Fans can head over to Redd Rocket’s Pizza Port in Tomorrowland and receive an exclusive print with a purchase of $30 or more through Aug. 31, 2014. Of course, it’s while supplies last.
