New gluten-free menu items at Splitsville

Guests who are gluten-free now have 16 choices at Splitsville!


Rice bowl options at Splitsville Lanes

Now when guests who are on a gluten-free diet visit Splitsville they will have plenty of menu items to choose from. All of the menu items are noted on the menu with “GF” inside a red circle. Take a look at what tasty menu items are gluten-free.


  • Blazing Chicken – Grilled chicken tenderloins tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce and served with ranch dressing (11)
  • Edamame – Steamed and served with kosher salt (6)
  • Seared Ahi Tuna – Seared and served with avocado, scallions and a side of tataki sauce (15)

The Alberto Roll at Spitsville Lanes


  • Spicy Tuna – Fresh tuna, spicy mayo, cucumber and scallions. Drizzled with sriracha hot chili sauce (12)
  • The Alberto – Spicy tuna and avocado rolled in thinly sliced cucumber and served with lemon ponzu sauce (13) *It contains no rice so it’s also great for low-carb diners.
  • Fantasy Roll – Fresh salmon, ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado and steamed shrimp rolled in soy paper and drizzled with spicy kimchee ponzu sauce (18)


  • GF Cheese – Gluten-free crust topped with mozzarella cheese and fresh tomato sauce (16)
  • Gluten Free +3 – GF Cheese with your choice of three toppings: pepperoni, bacon, black olives, broccoli, red peppers, grilled chicken, mushrooms and onions (18)

  • Fiesta Chicken Bowl – Grilled chicken breast, “fiesta” veggies, stir fried in tataki sauce and served with sushi rice. Topped with cilantro and avocado. (15)
  • Steak Fajita Bowl – Grilled marinated steak served with sauteed red and green peppers, onions and drizzled with tatki sauce. Served with sushi rice and cilantro. (18)
  • Asian Shrimp Bowl – Grilled shrimp, stir-fry veggies and sushi rice topped with spicy kimchee tataki sauce and green onions. (16)
  • Spicy Veggie Bowl – Broccoli, red and green peppers, onions and mushrooms stir-fried in spicy kimchee tataki sauce. Topped with avocado and green onion. (13) *This dish is also great for those who are vegan.

Entée Salads

  • Turkey BLT – Roasted turkey, iceberg and romaine lettuces are chopped with avocado, tomatoes, bacon, red onion and crumbled bleu cheese. Served with bleu cheese dressing. (15)
  • Ahi Tuna – Sushi-grade tuna, seared and served over spring mix with avocado and Asian pear dressing. (16)
