New tasting menu at Palo
If you’ve ever been on a Disney cruise, you know that Palo is an exceptional dining experience. A new tasting menu has been introduced at Palo. Thanks to the Disney Parks Blog we have a look at the new menu.
To start off the meal, guests will enjoy paper-thin tuna carpaccio with lemon oil dressing served with a crisp, bubbly Ferrari brut ‘11. Course two is grilled Portobello mushroom and polenta, paired with Summus Castello Banfi ’0. Followed by lobster and mascarpone ravioli with a glass of Cervaro della Sala Antinori ’09. Course three is branzino al cartoccio (Mediterranean sea bass) served with Planeta Chardonnay ’08. The last dish before dessert is osso buco paired with Luce Marchesi Dé Frescobaldi ’09. For dessert, tartufo – dark chocolate, hazelnuts and house-made vanilla ice cream served with Passito Di Pantelleria Pellegrino ‘08.
Guests who wish to dine at Palo will need a reservation. It can be booked online (highly recommended) or by visiting the restaurant once onboard. It’s an additional $25 per person and all guests must be 18 years or older. For guests choosing the wine tasting menu, there is an additional charge of $59.
