It’s restaurant week in Orange County and Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen will be serving up a 3-course lunch and 3-course dinner.
Guests can enjoy a delicious lunch for $20 or dinner for $30 from now through March 1, 2014. Take a look at the offerings!
Lunch
First Course
French Quarter salad, Boudin balls and Gumbo Ya-Ya
Second Course
Grilled Salmon Niçoise – Green beans, spicy boiled egg, crispy potatoes, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives with honey balsamic vinaigrette
Chicken and Waffles – Wilted baby arugula, Andouille sausage, mushrooms and maple butter sauce
Cajun Mac and Cheese – Tasso ham and herb crusted with Andouille sausage, crimini mushrooms and southern greens
Muffuletta Po-Boy – Ham, salami Mortadella, provolone cheese, horseradish aioli and parmesan-garlic fries

Beignets with powdered sugar
New Orleans Bread Pudding  with crème anglaise

Gulf Shrimp Creole – Tomato fumet, green onion rice and French bread croutons
Panéed Chicken and Grits – Parmesan herb crusted chicken breast, Andouille sausage grits and crawfish Americana sauce
Caramelized Myers Rum Pork Tenderloin – Andouille cornbread dressing, bacon braised turnip greens, pecan fig and port wine reduction
