Recipe: Frozen Dragon Berry Colada

At the 2012 Epcot Food and Wine Festival, guests were treated to Bacardi Frozen Dragon Berry Colada at the Caribbean booth. Last year, it was available at the Refreshment Port. This refreshing drink is one of the best drinks we’ve had at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. This year, it’s unfortunately not on the menu, but you can make it at home with this recipe!

Frozen Dragon Berry Colada

2 ounces Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum
2 ounces strawberry puree
3 ounces piña colada mix
1 strawberry

1. Pour Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum, strawberry puree, and piña colada mix into blender with ice; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with strawberry.

Bartender’s Note: If you can’t find Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum at your local liquor store, substitute with any brand of strawberry rum.
