Rumor! Tower of Terror bar and lounge coming to Studios

Rumors have been swirling around the attraction with the haunted elevator. According to wdwnt.com, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror will soon have a bar and lounge.

It is rumored that the Tower of Terror bar and lounge will be located at the attraction’s exit, before you enter the shop. This would be a nice addition to the park. This news arrives just on the heals of The Writer’s Stop remaining open to serve as a lounge. Needless to say, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is in need of eateries. Recently, Studio Catering Co., High Octane Refreshments, and Toy Story Pizza Planet have closed to make room for the addition of Star Wars Land and expansion of Pixar Place.

A Tower of Terror bar and lounge hasn’t been confirmed by Disney, but we do hope it’s true. It would be a perfect place to grab a drink in a well themed attraction. We do hope that they work out a way for it to not cause a traffic jam for those trying to exit the attraction. Based on the current condition of the attraction, there would only be two ways to get to the lounge – exiting the attraction after riding it or entering through the gift shop.
