Tables in Wonderland March event at The Wave… of American Flavors

This month’s Tables in Wonderland – The Wave… of American Flavors Discovery Dinner celebrates Central Florida’s strawberry season.

The featured farmer/chef is Mike and Sandy Lott from Lott Farms, just west of Plant City, Florida.  They’ve been farmers since 1983 when they purchased a 50 acre farm. The visiting wine representative is Stephanie Putnam, Director of Winemaking at Raymond Vineyards in Napa Valley. Stephanie has also worked for Niente Winery and Hess Collection. Her specialty is Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Her wines have been recognized with awards including Wine Spectator’s Top 100, Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 and The Wine News Cabernet of the Year.
