The Great Irish Hooley is coming to Raglan Road
The Great Irish Hooley, Irish slang for party or celebration, will be taking place for four days over Labor Day Weekend at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant.
This event debuted last year and was such a hit it’s back again. Guests will enjoy Irish dance workshops instructed by Ronan McCormack, Irish dancer and choreographer for the original Riverdance and Irish music workshops with Dublin-born Declan Masterson. Join in the Ceili, pronounced kay-lee, a style of line dancing. There will also be face painting. Of course, there will be authentic Irish food and drinks!
Where: Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant
When: Friday, August 30 at 5 pm – Monday, September 2 at midnight
The Great Irish Hooley bands include Scythian, Elevation (one of the most popular acts), Lisa Canny, Creel (the house band), The Farrell Brothers (The Raglan Road patio duo), The Raglan Rebels and Johnny & Justin. Check out the schedule below for show times.
