Fulton’s Crab House beer dinner

Next month, Fulton’s Crab House will be hosting a beer dinner. Executive Chef Mark Boor has created a delicious menu paired with beer.

When: Tuesday, February 25, 2014
Time: Reception 6:30 pm; Dinner 7 pm – 9 pm
Price: 65 per person, plus tax and gratuity

Reception

• Moraccan chicken skewers
• Preserved lemon vinaigrette
• Honkers Ale braised mussels
• Goose Island IPA shrimp cocktail
• Paired with Goose Island IPA

First Course

• Shellfish Paella
• Key West pink shrimp, scallops, calamari, clams, mussels, white asparagus, piquillo pepper, beer infused sofrito and boma rice
• Paired with Sophie

Intermettzo

• Grilled hearts of palm, confit tomato, frisee and minus 8

Second Course

• Whole roasted suckling pig
• Grilled tortillas, plantains 3 ways, chimichurri, romesco, fingerling potatoes, chickpea and spinach saute
• Paired with Matilda

Third Course

• Dry aged striploin and braised oxtails
• Pepe Nero demi glaze, smoked mushrooms, charred tomato salsa and grilled spring onions
• Paired with Pepe Nero

Dessert

• Churros
• Oazacan chocolate and roasted hazelnut brittle
• Paired with Pepe Jacques
