Fulton’s Crab House beer dinner

Next month, Fulton’s Crab House will be hosting a beer dinner. Executive Chef Mark Boor has created a delicious menu paired with beer.

Time: Reception 6:30 pm; Dinner 7 pm – 9 pm
Price: 65 per person, plus tax and gratuity

- Moraccan chicken skewers

First Course
- Shellfish Paella

Second Course
- Whole roasted suckling pig
- Grilled tortillas, plantains 3 ways, chimichurri, romesco, fingerling potatoes, chickpea and spinach saute

- Dry aged striploin and braised oxtails
- Pepe Nero demi glaze, smoked mushrooms, charred tomato salsa and grilled spring onions
