Learn how to cook like a Roman at Portobello from Chef Tony Matuano
Ever wanted to learn how to cook like a Roman? Now you can! Portobello in Disney Springs will be hosting an event where you can learn to cook from Chef Tony Matuano. He’ll teach you how to prepare an authentic Spaghetti alla Carbonara and the classic dish of Veal Saltimbocca.
The multi-course learning experience will start off with an apertivo hour with passed wood-fired pizza with spring artichokes. Each of the courses comes paired with Italian wines. The event will be taking place Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 12 to 2 pm.
