A look at the interior of Wine Bar George

Happy National Wine Day! We are so excited to share a look at Wine Bar George, which will be opening late 2017 in Disney Spring.

Wine Bar George will be opened by Master Sommelier George Miliotes. He’s bring his expertise on wine to Disney World. His wine bar will be in a 6,000 sq. ft. space and will feature over 100 wines by the bottle and glass.

The wine bar will feature wood ceilings, concrete floors, warm lighting, chalkboards displaying menu items, and welcoming atmosphere. There will be a center bar on the first floor.

Guests will have many ways to experience and learn about wines. The restaurant will cater to both wine connoisseurs and novices. No one will be left out. There will be a wide range of varietals, vintages and prices, so something for everyone.

Shareable plates will be served including cheese and charcuterie that complement the wines, with local, seasonal features. I know we’re going to love the wine and cheese pairings!

Those wanting to learn about wine will be able to do so here. There will be renowned winemakers and special events taking place.
