Make Mickey Waffles at home with Carbon’s Golden Malted

Now you can make your own Mickey Waffles at home with Carbon’s Golden Malted. It’s what the Disney Parks use to make them!

Carbon’s Golden Malted Waffle

1 cup Golden Malted Flour
1 egg
5 oz. water
2 tbsp. melted butter

1. Beat eggs and liquid together. Add flour and mix well.
2. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
3. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown.

This recipe makes approximately 3-4 waffles depending on the size of the waffle maker. With the Mickey Waffle maker, it made exactly 3 waffles.

We loved the mix and are so glad that we can now make our own Mickey Waffles (or Pancakes) with the same mix used at the Disney Parks. It’s a great way to bring a little bit of that Disney magic to your home when you can’t get to the parks.
