This Mother’s Day at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, guests can treat their mother to special meal. Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney Anaheim will be featuring a 3-course menu and live music from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm and 6 – 10 pm on Mother’s Day.

Starters

Andouille-Pretzel Crusted Gulf Shrimp – Adouille-pretzel crusted gulf shrimp served with citrus fennel slaw and creole mustard drizzle

Clam & Crawfish Chowder – Andouille sausage, charred corn, golden Yukon potatoes, seafood veloute and oyster crackers

Tri-Color Salad – Baby arugula, radicchio, Belgium endive, blood orange, golden beets and fried goat cheese with citrus pink peppercorn vinaigrette

Entrees

Grilled Salmon Salad – Mixed baby greens, mango, shaved fennel, cucumber, red onion and spiced pistachios with strawberry balsamic vinaigrette

Panéed Chicken & Grits – Parmesan-herb crusted chicken breast, andouille sausage grits with crawfish Americana sauce

Blackened Rib Eye Steak au Poivre – Blackedned rib eye steak served with candied sweet potatoes, butter poached asparagus and brandy peppercorn sauce

Dessert

Pineapple Upside Down Cake – Tres leches ice cream with vanilla bean drizzle
