Plancha at Four Seasons Orlando will start serving brunch in March
As many of you know, we are huge fans of the restaurants at Four Seasons Orlando. Today, we are excited to share with you some news. Starting on March 13, Plancha at Four Seasons Orlando will starting serving Sunday Brunch.
The Cuban American restaurant, located at Tranquilo Golf Club, will have three brunch options to offer. Guests will be able to enjoy a three-course menu with buffet appetizers, choice of one entrée and dessert, plus soft drinks and juices and one alcoholic beverage (68 per person); buffet only with no choice of a la carte entrée (45 per person) and a la carte only. For 18 per person, guests can add bottomless beverages, which include Mimosas and Bloody Marys. We think that’s a must add! Have little ones? They can enjoy the brunch too. For 20 per child, they can have chicken tenders, grilled salmon, mac & cheese, mini burgers or pancakes.
Some of the items available on the buffet will include assorted salads, fruits, smoked salmon and bagels, artisan cheeses and meats, vegetables, black bean hummus, and breakfast pastries, to name a few. Entrees and a la carte items include a roasted prime rib, vegan spaghetti zucchini, cured salmon, American beef slider, Tampa Bay shrimp omelet with jalapenos and cilantro, a twisted benedict with truffle hollandaise and grilled asparagus, a “very berry” French toast, oatmeal pancakes, and fried chicken and white cheddar waffles. Desserts will have seven signature desserts with their house flan, tres leches and guava roll being included.
According to Chef Pedro Sanchez, “The location is perfect for a leisurely brunch, and we’ve prepared a delicious menu with a lot of flavour to ensure there’s something for everyone.”
