Recipe: No Way Jose

Beaches and Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is known for it’s Kitchen Sink. However, one of the best ice cream sundaes (and you can actually finish it!) is the No Way Jose. If Reese’s peanut butter cups are one of your favorite candies, then this is sure to be your favorite.

No Way Jose

2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Hot Fudge Sauce
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter Morsels
2 tablespoons Chocolate Morsels
Whipped Cream
Cherry

1. If you can find an ice cream glass to fit everything that is best, however a large bowl will do.
2. Heat the peanut butter in the top of a double boiler until it’s liquid and can be poured. Warm up the Hot Fudge Sauce.
3. Put a couple spoons of the Hot Fudge sauce at the bottom of the bowl, alternating a few scoops of ice cream followed by some Peanut Butter Topping and Hot Fudge. Top it off with a generous amount of Whipped Cream and some Peanut Butter and Chocolate Morsels.
4. Place a maraschino cherry on top and garnish the serving plate with more Peanut Butter & Chocolate morsels.
