Review: Croissant Doughnut
One of the newest additions to snacks at Disney World has been the Croissant Doughnut, or Cronut as many refer to it. Our Disney World native corespondent, Krista, shared a video review back in January.

The Croissant Doughnut, available at The Refreshment Port in Epcot, is the perfect marriage between a croissant and a doughnut. You have the shape of the doughnut with the slightly flaky layers of a croissant. The layers look much more flaky than they are. We found the insides to be a little doughy. Epcot’s cronuts are coated in cinnamon and sugar. The butter in the dough gives it a hint of saltiness, which is a nice contrast to the sweetness of the cinnamon and sugar.

The Croissant Doughnut is $4.49 and can be purchased using Disney Dining Plan credits. It is also available à la mode for $5.79 but you can’t use snack credits towards it.
