More new restaurants coming to Disney Springs

Walt Disney World announced that there will be more new restaurants coming to Disney Springs. We are so excited about the dining expansions that are taking place!

The restaurants that have already opened include The BOATHOUSE and Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC. Paradiso 37 is getting a nice expansion and Planet Hollywood will be refurbishing its current location. We’re still waiting for Morimoto Asia, STK Orlando and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar to open later this year. So what’s new? Take a look!

New Restaurants

The Edison: The Edison is a venue located in Downtown Los Angeles. It’s themed like a 1920s power plant and combines design styles from Art Nouveau to Industrial Gothic, with a blend of past, present and future. The Edison will be restaurant, bar and nighttime destination featuring music and cabaret. The menu will consist of upscale American food and hand crafted cocktails.

Sprinkles: According to Food Network, it’s the world’s first cupcake bakery. Sprinkles serves handcrafted cupcakes, slow churned ice cream (sundaes and shakes too!) and homemade cookies (like a peanut butter pretzel chip). Their innovative Cupcake ATM dispenses cupcakes and cookies 24/7. Take a look at how it works!

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza: Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza prides itself on delivering exception quality while being fast to make your custom-built artisanal pizzas. Some of the nearly 40 toppings include zucchini, gorgonazola cheese, applewood bacon, crumbled meatballs and ovalini mozzarella. They offer a gluten-free crust and a vegan cheese. The oven is so blazing hot that it only takes 180 seconds to cook! In addition to pizza, guests can enjoy freshly made salad and s’mores pie for dessert.

Vivoli Gelateria: Vivoli Gelateria serves hand-crafted gelato made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, panini sandwiches and espresso drinks.

Tea Traders Café by Joffrey’s: You may recognize the name Joffrey’s from the coffee stations located at the theme parks and around Disney World property. Tea Traders Café by Joffrey’s specializes in premium loose-leaf teas (hot and iced) featuring customs blends, accessories and packaged teas from all over the world. Guests will be able to enjoy black, green, white, oolong, red, herbal and decaf teas to-go or to enjoy in the café.

Which of the new restaurants coming to Disney Springs are you most excited about? We’d love to know!
