A look at the new California Grill desserts

Pastry Chef Jeff Barnes recently gave Pam Brandon, Disney Parks Blog writer, a look at the new California Grill desserts.
The dessert menu with feature a Sundae Sampler – a trio with a Coke float, strawberry sundae and caramel corn sundae, chocolate pudding cake and banana fritters made with a 70 percent dark chocolate from Belgium and a light and refreshing Meyer Lemon cheesecake.
In addition to the new desserts is two breads. A whole-grain sourdough roll and a lavender-infused focaccia, made with fresh California lavender, olive oil and other herbs.
There is no word yet on when California Grill will be open or available to make reservations. Check back! We’ll keep you posted.
